Terms of Sale and Returns Policy
Payment and Vehicle Release
All vehicles will only be released upon receipt of cleared funds.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable unless agreed in writing prior to payment.
Test drives are available by appointment only.
Returns and Associated Costs
In the event that a vehicle needs to be returned for any reason, all costs associated with the return shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Distance Selling Regulations
Where a vehicle has been purchased remotely (a “distance sale”), and the customer has waived their right to view or inspect the vehicle prior to
purchase, the following applies:
If the customer wishes to reject the vehicle within 14 days of delivery, Norwich Sports and Classics Ltd reserves the right to charge:
Collection/Delivery Costs at £1.35 per mile plus VAT (calculated from our premises to the customer’s address and return). Administration and Restocking Fee of £750 (inclusive of VAT) prior to issuing any refund.
Condition Upon Return
Refund amounts may be reduced where:
The vehicle has incurred excess mileage (maximum allowable mileage is 200 miles from delivery).
The vehicle has sustained damage or has missing documentation.
Warranty Exclusions
Certain individual or specialist vehicles may be sold without warranty due to their age, nature, or rarity. Customers will be informed of such exclusions prior to purchase.
